My Services

I offer my services at an hourly rate, which I bill based on actual effort. ​You have the choice  between ad hoc orders on an hourly basis or purchasing time blocks at a reduced hourly rate. A free preliminary consultation of 30 minutes to make all important preliminary clarifications is included. 

Administrative assistant

As an administrative assistant I support you as follows:

  •  Minutes & revision

  •  General correspondence
    (Emails, letters, invitations, etc.)

  • Customer and data base maintenance

  • Formatting

  • Travel organization
    (Flights, hotels, taxis, limousines etc.)

  • Appointment coordination

  • Phone calls

  • Event management
    (Catering, company events, conferences, etc.)

  • Translations DE-ENG / ENG-DE​

 Personal assistant

As a personal assistant I will take care of:

  • Online errands
    (Flowers, concert tickets, excursions, etc.)

  • Administrative support
    (private correspondence, invoices, etc.)

  • Appointment and travel planning

  • Event organization for private occasions

  • and much more.

The following applies to all hourly packages:
- Billing based on actual effort
- Possibility of individual hourly packages
- Advance payment and 1 year validity

- Prices include VAT
